BATTLEZONE 1.5.2 ASSET PACK

These are the asset changes for 1.5.1 relative to 1.5.0.

2012-06-07:
* Adjusted Flash ordnance damage and ammo cost so it isn't useless
	- Damage: 600/sec (was 400/sec)
	- Ammo: 90/sec (was 110/sec)
* Set Fury SAT pilot count to zero
	- This fixes a warning with the new nation system
* Fixed Soviet Scavenger message sound file name ("on my way!") [Sporkinator]

2012-06-09:
* Updated Black Dog Pilot model [Sporkinator]
* Updated Black Dog Soldier model [Sporkinator]
* Updated Chinese Pilot model [Sporkinator]
* Fixed turret on the Black Dog Gun Tower [Sporkinator]
* Replaced Black Dog Constructor texture [SSUser]
	- It now looks like a proper Black Dog unit :)
* Updated multiplayer shell bitmaps [Dx]
	- Player lists now have more room

* Added builder ODF files for the new build menu system
	- build.odf: root menu
	- build_a.odf: American build menu
	- build_s.odf: Soviet build menu
	- build_b.odf: Black Dog build menu
	- build_c.odf: Chinese build menu
* Updated mission version check file [Sporkinator]
	- The one from BZ of course doesn't check the RO files
	- The one from RO misses a lot of important files
* Fixed cockpit geometry for Chinese Turret [Sporkinator]
* Fixed wings and engine flames for Black Dog Light Tank [Sporkinator]
* Fixed crouch animation for Chinese Walker [Sporkinator, from Dx's Golem model fix]

	- RO includes the broken model from BZ 1.4
* Fixed powerup launch point for Chinese Recycler and Factory [Goomba]
* Black Dog APC creates Black Dog Soldiers
	- TO DO: add a fallback when not using RO content
* Multiplayer Black Dog Recycler builds Black Dog Constructor
* Set Fury SAT to empty pilotName and restored pilotCount
	- This fixes the pilotable SAT on Odin's Eye (multdm77.bzn)
* Fixed unusually low acceleration on Black Dog Factory
* Adjusted collision box on the Chinese Scavenger [Sporkinator]

	- Now costs 6 scrap and has 2000 hull

	- Removed redundant or incorrect files for unit variants
	- Fixed vehicle descriptions
	- Removed "Can Cloak" since units can't cloak
